Comments: Hey. Just a note from a fan. I've recently been listening to some of my older Frankie Beverly and Maze albums & tapes...(I'm still working on my CD collection). Your music is truly beautiful, sensitive and thought-provoking. I'm really relating to your song Golden Time of Day....I think I've reached that point in my life. I feel richly blessed spiritually and have a sense of peace---something about turning 40, I think. Anyway, I am a Beverly by marriage and was told that Frankie may be related to my in-laws. They are from Virginia and Ohio areas, but in reading Frankie's biography, I see that he was raised in Philadelphia. Does his family have any connection to the Virginia area?? Thanks for your music, Frankie.....I hope you realize that God has richly blessed you with your musical insight and creativity. Keep on doing it!! Sincerely, Saundra R. Comments: Hi Frank: Carmen and I really appreciate what you did for us in Cleveland. The show was sensational. nice seeing Reve and all the guys backstage, but we knew how tired you were and Carmen's neck was bothering her, so we went back ton the hotel. We look forward to seeing you when you get home. Craig and Carmen Reid9/26/1998 11:37:00 AM

Comments: Dear Frankie!!!! Hey, great to see you have a site, although neither me nor my mate Rif think you'll read this yourself!! We live in London England and have been fans for seven years, and yesterday in Soho we bought your anthology at 2am. It's great. What we really want to know is if you will come and tour in the UK. Please!! It'd be even more cool if you were prepared to come and play in our church- St.Mary's in Islington, London. PLEASE let us know if you will ever tour becuase we can't afford to fly to the States to be brothers with you there, and we'd love to hear you live. We wish you happiness, always Osc and Rif9/26/1998 7:38:00 AM

Comments: I saw you guys in New Orleans on your first tour. I was attending Xavier University at the time. I saw you in concert & I don't remember who else was on the show but I remember you guys came out first. They had been playing your album on the radio & me & my boys went out & got the album & knew all the words by the time y'all got to New Orleans. Like I said, I don't remember who all was on the show with you that night, but after y'all finished, it didn't make a difference, because they couldn't even come close to the show you guys put on. I'll always remember y'all turning the Big Easy out. I've been a big fan ever since & catch you whenever I can. Keep On Keeping On! Thomas 'Tee' Hinton9/25/1998 2:57:00 PM

Comments: I have been a fan of Frankie Beverly and Maze since the early 70's. The first time I saw them I had just left the Kentucky Derby. What a thrill. My first derby and my first Maze concert!! I try to see them whenever I can. Last year, 1997 3 times in different places in California. This year however, I've only seen them twice. I've been at the Cirlce Star in Marysville, Indiana; Chicago; Detroit; Kentucky; California and Texas. I have all the ablums, tapes and CD's; I also have hats, t-shirts and posters. I just really had to write and say that of all the entertainers in the US....no one beats Frankie Beverly and Maze!9/25/1998 1:40:00 PM

Comments: Hi, your one of my most favorite soul/r&b bands. I have all your albums and CDs. My favorite album/CD is your first titled 'Maze'. I noticed that on the first few albums you had a latin sound to your music. Songs such as 'While I'm Alone', 'You', 'Look at California', and 'Golden Time of Day' to name a few. I was wondering if you are going to go back to this sound on your future albums? Also I was curious if this Latin sound was somewhat influenced by Santana and Malo, who are also from the Bay Area. Keep up the good music! I'm eagerly awaiting for your next album! When are you guys coming out to Sacramento?
