Comments: Hello Frankie, I've been a fan for 25+ years. I came to a concert with a very dear friend of yours. Her name was Ms. Hendricks. She worked at Woodward & Lothrop in Iverson Mall, Maryland. My sister dated her son Glenn. She told me that she raised you, and of course, I doubted her, but she proved me wrong. You were in town at Constitution Hall, and she got backstage passes. Well, I've been in awe ever since. I miss her dearly, but nevertheless, I'm still your number 1 fan. Frankie, please keep using your God given talent singing the way you do. Comments: Good morning Mazeland. Last night in Philly. Oh what a night!! I had the opportunity to attend the Rhythm & Blues Foundation's Awards Gala. I will be short and sweet because I can feel a whole page coming. It was a "two-fer" event; making a contribution to a worthy cause and to witness our favorite Band Guys receive their honors. It was a night of shining momemts not only for the Honorees but for all who were in attendance. Mr B, Bro Bug and Roame were their gracious selves even when bombarded with picture taking requests and one on one inquires. I was so happy for them and proud of them, but we Maze supporters(because we are more than just fans)know that MAZE are some bad A performers and good people. Yes, Happy Feelings was a most apprpriate song for the night for it reflectes so much of what this whole MAZE journey is about. To my favorite Guys, congrats and see you this evening in DC at another worthy cause event, the Mason's First Annual Scholarship Gala for their literacy program. Yes LOVE, always the key. Over the years, you and the band have been passed over such deserving recognitions for your soulful and inspiring music that Maze lovers all over the world have flocked to many of your concerts, played Maze CDs, and just have been so into you and the many Happy Feelings that you filled us with! Tonight, you finally get the chance to shine in the light that God surrounds you with and get recognized for the hard work and dedication of your music ! Comments: Hello Mazeland just checking in. The day has finally arrived and tonite Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly will be receiving the Rhythm & Blues Foundation Pioneer Award for group performance. I am so excited, I can't think of anyone better deserving. Mr. B. & Maze congratulations and love to you! Your fan base is stepping up the bar for more recognition for Maze. You guys really do deserve recognition, for all the "Love and Joy" that you bring to so many all over the world. There is an online petition http://www.ipetitions.com/campaigns/RecognizeMaze...and a website designed for recognizing Maze Featuring Frankie Beverly. http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/MAZEMAZEMAZE...This is being done for other artist by their fans and now Maze has theirs.
