Comments: Hi Frankie, your letter took me to some highs and lows. Frankie Beverly and Maze in concert with Chaka Khan, After 7 and Whodini! WOW, now that is a show, that was my high. Reading about your upcoming surgery in July was my low. Frankie I pray you have a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. I want to see you on stage before the end of the year, I want to say by the end of the summer but I may be pushing it huh? I hope so because going to see Frankie Beverly and Maze in the summer makes my summer complete. Comments: Bro Frank, Reve got us two Tix and Carmen and I are going to try and catch you before when you first arrive. She still suffers from the degenerative spinal disease that she had way back in 96. We never forgot you calling her in Oakland during her recuperation after surgery at Stanford and encouraging her and telling her that while I was working in Fresno if there was anything you needed just to call and you would have someone go grocery shopping, etc. So she had been up here resting for two days so she can make it today from about 2pm on She hasnt seen you since 2007 Cincy Festval when you turned it out with Jill Scott. That was when Bug was so happy to move to Atlanta and he gave us his address down there and invited us to come stay with him5/29/2017 12:43:00 PM

Comments: That was the last time we saw Junebug. We have no expectations to see you unless we see Clarence before the show. Because unlike the old days at the Paramount, Hyatt Regency ,vGreek Theatre, even just me at San Quentin when we use to go with. Or follow you to show depending on Sly, Carmen is too weak to wait 2 hrs after the show because you ain't been here in 2 years which means not only all your Bay Area people v But also Pam's people who didn't see you in Detroit or Beantown will be backstage and Carm can't wait more than an hour. So if we see you it would warm both her and my heart.. If not , nothing changes the fact that from Kyo Sheree to Michael Rosenberg, to the hotel in New.Y. after you blew EWF out at the Garden, etc. until now, WE NEVER HAVE AND BEVER WILL STOP PRAYING FOR AND LOVING YOU .
