Comments: All I can say is Frankie, Frankie, Frankie!! Once again, Frankie rocked the house in Roanoke Rapids, NC on May 30! I was so excited to see him come so close to my hometown. I took two friends whom had never seen him in concert and they now understand why I act the way I do when someone mentions Maze featuring Frankie Beverly. My friend received a rose, hug and kiss from Calvin Richardson, who was good too. She also took a picture with Calvin and got it autographed, too! Comedian MC Lightfoot was great! He was so funny, I was ALMOST too tired from laughing when Frankie came out. NOT! LOL! My only complaint was that there was a meet and greet with Frankie after the show, but the only people allowed back there after Frankie changed was mostly people from the promotion group. I would have loved to have stayed and took a picture with Frankie or any of the group, especially that guitar-playing Jubu. I will be at the Charleston, SC show on June 13. If there is a way to get to meet the group, PLEASE let me know. I have seen them perform almost every year since 1984 from Washington, DC to Jacksonville, FL.5/31/2009 3:02:00 PM

Comments: I was first introduced to your music when I was a kid (about 6yrs old) and my father owned a bar in Jersey City NJ. Now I'm 35 yrs old and residing in Columbia, SC and I still love your music!!! I feel like I'm a groupie--- I have to attend at least two of your concerts each year! I have to wear my white linen pant suit and white baseball cap in order to set the tone for you! You are so phenomenal! I think that I have all of your albums with the exception of the first one (but I will soon). I am now making preparations for your concert in Charleston, SC on 6/13. Comments: I found a concert Feb.15,1975 at Winterland. I was 8 years old when you guys were performing this and I can remember listening to Traveling Man,Song For My Mother, and since then, I won every album you've ever made. Comments: My Dear Darla,thanks for your blessings and prayers.As we`ve been told-"whenever two or more gather together in my name,I`m in the midst of them-saith the Lord"!Well.on this seventh day of my last post,the "good news" is that our"illustrious ambassador of love"(Frankie Beverly)had his assistant-Karen Williams answer my post the next day,offering a donation,as soon as my mailing address was sent.On Wednesday,FedX woke me up with the check.This youth project is based upon the Articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights,and the Universal Rights of the Child.The products will use the patterns from Mother Earth News-`74-75 issues and latest editions.This is my effort for change.
