Comments: Caught the show at Newark's Symphony Hall on Saturday night, and like all Maze shows it was simply awesome, but this night it was really something special, Frankie actually apologized to us for not having come through this area in along time, and I want to say "apology accepted, but not necessary," Newark showed up and stood up to show Maze feat Frankie Beverly that we have nothing but love and appreciation for them, and what they do. I can't express it enough, after the first set the applause was so great I heard bells ringing in my ears, Freddie Jackson could have a second career as a comedian, he had us in stitches, and he also reminded us that he is truly the one and only Freddie Jackson!, once the first notes started for Maze to take the stage I knew they were going to take it to a whole other level, they did not disappoint, the music, the lighting, the professionalism, hearing that legendary voice of Frankie's talk to me, it all made for a very intoxicating experience (as always), I will be seeing them somewhere every year unitil we all re-tire, I was able to make my way to the front row just before the encore, I blew kisses towards the stage, Frankie blew a kiss back before he left the stage, I WAS THRILLED!
