It is of the most importance that I'm informed of the dates that you will be scheduled to appear in the Chicago/ Indiana area. I've missed a few of your shows because I wasn't notified through Ticketmaster's alerts. I've contacted Ticketmaster and complained about this, you are included in my alerts, so apparently there's a problem on their end, is there's any way possible that I can be informed through your fan club or whom ever handle your promotions, I do not want to miss this. My wife and I finally have the means and the opportunity to see you LIVE in Orlando , Florida. What a let done to arrive at the Orange County Convention Center to find your concert is cancelled. Man what the h.. Man we still love you and the good you do around the world. Guess it really was to good to be true. I get to see you LIVE one day before I'm called home.
