I thought about you the other day as I was going to the barbershop. I was driving up Church Lane to Ogontz Ave. listening to the Best of Maze in the car!! It helped my day out a lot!! Comments: Cynthia, I have to say again, as has been said about 100 million times already, " Ain't no party like a MAZE party, cause a MAZE party don't stop... The party has been continous since 1977 for me...I'll be 60 in April and I cannot remember the last time, I was without my Frankie Beverly and MAZE.....:-). Every so often, we should all stop and go back just a little bit and remind ourselves of what it is that brings us happiness....In the words of Anita Baker, Frankie "You still bring us joy"! I can recall moments of despair in my life when all I wanted to do was listen to FB / MAZE, I can truly say it made me feel better took me to a whole nother level, more able to carry on, I am THANKFUL....thank u Frankie for this website. I read soms of your e mails to you & my babies maze just wonderfull the love you's recive. Now i have to tell on myslef you know im your queen brat yes you have spoiled me rotten. I need a maze fix like 20 years ago. I read about how the other maze crazers are getting that soulfull,funky experience happy for them yes im spoiled but noy slelfish. Comments: I've decided to go back to keeping a "Gratitude Journal" where I make a list of all the things that I am grateful for in the course of a day. Maybe tomorrow nights entry will be: I'm grateful for winning the lottery. Even if I don't get the millions, I will still have hit the lottery if God should allow me to see a new day. Anyway to get to my story, somewhere sitting on the TV stand was a DVD that just showed up out of nowhere....Charles and I were relaxing when he decided to put the DVD in. I had fallen off to sleep (just a little) when I woke up to Frankie Beverly and Maze live in Los Angeles. I had no intentions of going to a Maze concert tonight. Any way,the DVD took us there. We got our party on dancing and singing like we were on the front row of a live concert. Charles' favorite song, "Want to Feel like I'm Wanted" had him singing and laughing as it took us back to our dating days. He played that song on every date we ever went on. Of course, he knew I loved Maze. It was wonderful just being ourselves and acting crazy....In my "Gratitude Journal" tonight, I will write: Thank you God for Frankie Beverly and Maze....always right on time.
