Comments: Several of us have been unable to attend your shows here in DC because you have been comming over the thanksgiving weekend and we have to travel to be with our families out of town. I hope the band many more years of continued success there is no other group that can compare to what you all do. Comments: Althouh the turnout was low in Tulsa, I along the few throurly enjoyed the concert. As I told you in September that with two cancelation in a Tulsa I was doubtful that a large crowd would show up. Tulsa, hometown of the GAP Band, is a very fickle little town. It often called the "Fly Over City" because promoters can not rely on ticket buyers to purchase the tickets early. They wait till the last minute. And this is not a black thang either. White folks do it too. I hope that the sorry turn out of 500 people won''t discourage you to come back to Tulsa. If you run into Charlie Wilson ask him what he thinks about his hometown.
